You can choose your start date to coincide with a day that suits you. Plans automatically renew each month, until cancelled by you.

What We Offer

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to commit long term?
Nope! You’re billed monthly and can cancel or pause anytime with 7 days' notice.
 

What if I miss a session?
You can reschedule within the same month. If not, we’ll use the time to review your plan via message.
Unused sessions don’t roll over to the next month — this keeps the programme consistent and helps you stay accountable.
 

What if I don’t use any of my sessions that month?
That’s totally your choice, but your plan still runs as scheduled. You’ll still have access to your programme in the app, support via messages, and the structure that keeps you moving forward.
 

Is this covered by ACC or health insurance?
No — this is private, holistic coaching, not physiotherapy. Some clients choose to do both, but this is a separate service.
 

What app do you use?
I use the Fit App — you'll get your custom plan with videos, chat function and a members group forum for support.

Can I pause my membership?
Yes — you can pause your plan for things like travel, injury, or if life just needs a reset.
I just ask for 7 days’ notice before your next billing date. You can pause for up to 2 months at a time. After that, we’ll touch base and decide together what support you need moving forward.
