Move better, feel better. This class focuses on improving mobility to ease stiffness, reduce injury risk, and support daily movement. Born from a love of warm-ups, it’s a dedicated space to enhance both your physical and mental health.

This Class is Perfect For:

This class is for anyone who wakes up feeling stiff, tight, or a little off in their body. If you’ve ever pulled a muscle just from yawning or find that stiffness holds you back from moving freely, this is for you. It’s designed to help you ease those aches and regain the flexibility you need to feel more comfortable and confident in your daily movement.

What Happens in Class?

In each class, we adapt the session to suit the needs of those attending. If there are no specific requests, I’ll guide you through a head-to-toe routine, preparing your whole body for the day ahead. I take requests at the time of booking, giving me time to tailor the session to any particular areas you’d like to focus on, ensuring that everyone gets the most out of their practice.

Class Schedule:

Every Wednesday
6am - 6.30am
(No Classes on Christmas Day or New Years Day)

What do I Need to Bring?

For most sessions, it's recommended to have the following items ready:

A resistance band
A yoga strap (or a belt, scarf, or dressing gown belt)
A massage ball (any tennis ball-sized ball will do)
A step (or a pile of sturdy hard back books to stand on)

Most sessions can be bodyweight if required. Please let us know upon booking so that we can accommodate. Items can be purchased from our shop.
